Shipping policy

Our normal procedure will process your order within 48 hours after your payment and confirmation is received. Once payment has been collected, it will take about 24-96 hours to process and ship your order depending on the volume of the order at the time. All orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. All orders placed Friday after 1:00 pm PST will be processed on the following Monday. During the holiday season and busy season, due to extremely high volume, it may take longer to process orders. In order to process your order smoothly, your clear information such as phone number, address and instruction are important.
